The Perfect Snow Day

So what makes a perfect snow day?

1. A surprise snow storm. No snow in the forecast one Wednesday night. Then heavy, bit fluffly flakes falling! By the time it was finished we had 2" of snow on the ground.

Morning fun time with the family. Kids are out of school and it's only 34 degrees so we head out and built a snow fortress!

Snow goes away. Snow covered yard and road at 9:00a.m. (first picture) was mostly gone by the afternoon (second picture 2:00p.m.).
