THANKS TIVO AND ART. We enjoyed having Art Gier and Tivo Conception with us for a week. They came in to do some much needed work on our water and electrical systems. And of course, while they were here, we had them fix a thousand other small things. Many, many thanks to these two guys who worked so hard, and with no complaining!
