BIRTHDAY MANIA! Okay, December is a crazy-busy month, right? So, we just take the normal hecticness and magnify it a bit. Both kids have birthdays mid month (Becca 12/17; Nick 12/19), then Christmas, and of course my birthday. So anyway. Linda did a great job with the Birthdays. Nicolas had a spy party and Becca invited a bunch of Pirates to the house. It was a great time, even though Becca had to wait several extra days because of the chicken pox.
The Stargel's little blog. Updated haphazardly...
Not necessarily the news! Just general chit-chat about what's going on with the Stargels!

A POX ON US. Yes, it happened. Our vacinnated daughter came down with the Chicken Pox (courtesy of good friend, Jason). I'm sure you heard her heart-broken cries as she found out that she couldn't go to school (*gasp*), and probably won't be able to particpate in the Christmas plays at school and church. Worst of all, her birthday party had to be postponed. It's a good thing she looks good in splotchy pink spots!

WELCOME BACK SUE. Not sure if I've introduced Sue Hood to you all yet. She has been with us for over a year as our mission bookkeeper. Sue comes to us vis Missionary Aviation Fellowship. She and her husband, John, have served with MAF for over two decades in Asia and Latin America. Sue and John just got back from some time in the States (Pug Cook took over while she was gone. Proving that GOD IS GOOD, we were without a bookkeeper for only six days!). Welcome Back, Sue... and thanks Pug!
