GOODBYE TO MORE FRIENDS. One of the serious downsides to living as a missionary is how quickly we make friends only to say goodbye all too soon. This is very much the case with Shane and Christy Mattingly and kids. These two have worked in Haiti as youth pastors to English speaking teens. Their little ones (Brendan, Naomi, and Noelle) and our kids have been growing up together for almost three years. They are moving back to the States next week. Shane has been a great buddy and fellow pilgrim. We'll miss them.
